Lacoste L1212 Polo

L1212 Polo by Lacoste — Tshirts

Lacoste makes the L1212 Polo as a multicolor tshirt; it sits in the Rizore menswear catalog at $90.

What to look for on the fit

A tee is decided by the sleeve hem — mid-bicep flatters most frames, higher reads athletic. Pattern scale is what a flat photo hides — the same print reads differently across a whole torso.

Fit & Styling Intelligence

Material & Drape — Visible fabric behaviour

The useful clue is how the jersey falls from chest to hem. More weight usually gives a straighter line; lighter jersey follows the body more closely.

Cut & Proportion — Polos

Check where the shoulder drops, where the sleeve meets the bicep and whether the hem lands just below the waistband.

Styling Notes

Let the tee set the base proportion. A shorter, wider body works with higher rises; a longer, slimmer body layers more cleanly under tailoring.
